  • Coordinate meeting logistics for BCEC and other Economic Impact meetings and events — including ordering food and beverage, room setup, and materials — in coordination with Operations.
  • Own the strategic, stakeholder, and logistical components of Boulder Together — attending monthly planning meetings, coordinating with the Marketing Team on participant communications, and coordinating off-site gatherings such as the Summer Social and All Investors Meeting — with administrative support (scheduling, notes, and follow-up) from the Boulder Together Project Manager.
  • Support Boulder County Film Commission programs, member engagement, creative-industry initiatives, and special projects.
  • Support Emergency Management and business resilience initiatives, including preparedness programs, stakeholder coordination, resource information, and business communications.

  • Relationship Management : Ability to work effectively with investors, members, business leaders, community partners, and Chamber staff.
